Inside Sales Executive

Infopark, Kochi

We are looking for candidates with 3- 5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain long-lasting relationships with existing clients through exceptional Post-sales service.
  • Actively source new sales opportunities via cold-calling and emailing.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of service features and benefits.
  • Utilize virtual meetings to build relationships with new clients.
  • Advise clients on suitable package selections based on their needs and specifications.
  • Follow up on sales inquiries made by potential clients through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
Must- Have Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Proven sales experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proven experience in the digital marketing domain.
  • Experience in the B2B segment is mandatory.
