We are a fast-growing digital marketing company looking for a talented and proactive HR Executive with 3-5 years of experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth processes and maintaining accurate employee records.
• Handle payroll management, ensuring timely and accurate processing while adhering to compliance standards.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding through social media and internal communication.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and company events to promote a positive work environment.
• Address employee concerns, fostering job satisfaction and maintaining open communication channels.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Assist in updating HR policies and procedures as needed.

Must- Have Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll management, recruitment, and employee engagement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance practices.
