Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Executive with a strong focus on Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of PPC best practices across various platforms including Google, Facebook, Bing, and LinkedIn. They will be responsible for managing and optimizing PPC campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and meet key performance indicators (KPIs). The candidate should possess exceptional analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a strong track record of implementing successful PPC strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective PPC strategies across Google, Facebook, Bing, and LinkedIn platforms.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify relevant and high-performing campaigns.
  • Optimize bidding strategies, ad copywriting, and remarketing campaigns to maximize conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing and landing page optimization to improve ad performance and user experience.
  • Ensure all ads adhere to company brand guidelines and maintain high standards.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns on a regular basis to achieve monthly and quarterly budget targets.
  • Implement tracking methods to accurately measure and analyze campaign performance.
  • Utilize analytical tools and techniques to gather insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC trends, tools, and features to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PPC campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve lead conversions, sales, and overall ROI.
Must- Have Skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience demonstrating a strong understanding of Digital marketing.
  • Google Ads certification is required; additional certifications on other platforms are a plus.
  • Proficiency in executing conversion-focused social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement new technologies and leverage automation capabilities to optimize SEM/SMM efforts
  • Strong copywriting skills and experience in writing compelling ad copy for different target audiences.
  • Experience managing large-scale, performance-based PPC campaigns using enterprise-level PPC management platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey strategies, results, and recommendations.
  • Proven track record of achieving KPIs and delivering high ROI on PPC campaigns.
  • Digital Marketing agency experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
