Client Servicing Executive

We are looking for candidates who possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer engagement, project management, and consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact
• Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively
• Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met
• Prepare reports on project performance
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Address customer issues with speed and efficiency

Must- Have Skills

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer engagement, project management, and consulting
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or advertising.
• Strong understanding of various performance marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
• Proficient in using performance marketing tools and analytics platforms.
