Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop creative content strategies aligned with client goals, target audience, and brand voice.
• Write engaging, clear, and persuasive copy for various digital channels, including: - Social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Edit and proofread copy for grammar, style, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Conduct audience and competitor research to tailor content effectively.
• Track the performance of content and campaigns to measure success and ROI.
• Maintain and evolve the brand’s voice and tone, ensuring a consistent brand narrative across all content.
• Work closely with digital marketing strategists, designers, and other team members to produce cohesive campaigns.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep content fresh and competitive.
• Present content ideas and campaign concepts to clients, gathering feedback and adjusting as needed.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and support to junior copywriters.
