Creative Director

As a Creative Strategist at Webdura Technologies, play a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction of digital marketing initiatives. You will develop innovative strategies that align with the brand’s objectives and resonate with the target audience. Your leadership will drive the conceptualization and execution of digital campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and optimizing performance through data-driven insights. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver compelling content and engage with clients to deliver creative solutions that enhance their digital presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Strategy: Develop and implement creative strategies that align with organizational goals and target audience needs.
  • Digital Campaigns: Lead the ideation, development, and execution of creative digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, websites, email marketing, and display ads.
  • Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across digital touchpoints, ensuring visual identity standards are upheld and creating new guidelines when necessary.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the production of engaging digital content, including graphics, videos, animations, and infographics that align with brand messaging.
  • Emerging Technologies: Identify and integrate emerging technologies (AR/VR, AI, chatbots) to elevate the digital experience and stay ahead of trends.
  • Performance Tracking and Optimization: Collaborate with data analysts to measure campaign performance and optimize creative strategies based on data insights.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, social media, web development, and content strategy, to ensure alignment across campaigns.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their goals, present creative concepts, and ensure satisfaction with digital marketing deliverables.

  • Creative Problem Solving: Innovate solutions for complex digital marketing challenges.
  • Design & Visual Communication: Proficiency in visual storytelling and design principles.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use performance metrics to refine and enhance campaign impact.
  • Brand & Project Management: Expertise in maintaining brand standards and managing large-scale digital projects.
  • Communication & Presentation: Strong skills in presenting ideas and creative strategies to clients and internal teams.
  • Adaptability & Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Master’s Degree (optional but advantageous) in Marketing, Digital Strategy, Creative Communications, or Business Administration.
